To achieve and retain our RAC approved status we adhere to the RAC Customer Charter (CTSI) and Code of Conduct, designed to ensure you receive a consistently professional and reliable experience.
We are fully set up to carry out warranty repairs and deal directly with the RAC, so you don’t have to.
If your vehicle is covered by an RAC warranty, you’ll be aware that this provides comprehensive protection for mechanical and electrical failures, including parts, labour and VAT to repair your vehicle.
You’ll also get cover (on the Platinum Plus level) for wear and tear on certain components, diagnostics and 12 months’ worth of free roadside assistance.
Depending on the terms and conditions of your particular warranty plan, you won’t have to pay a penny up front for us to make your warranty claim and complete any repair work – just drop off your car and leave the rest to us. We keep you informed every step of the way.

We are inspected and appraised regularly by the RAC to ensure we are running our business in a professional, compliant manner, delivering the required high standards of service on every level.
